Saturday's practice is from 8 to 10. You do not need to bring your mat as we will be going right into the pool.
After practice for the coaches and Youth/13-15 Inter/16 17 team are invited to stay an hour later to learn about the difficulty chart if you are interested.
Hailey will be doing the presentation on the difficulty card.
